Janus Henderson champions diversity as demonstrated through early celebrations by our Black Professional Network and initiatives like the Blood Drive for Sickle Cell Awareness and Career Conversations.

The theme for Earth Day 2025 is 'Our Power, Our Planet,' which seeks to harness renewable energy to build a healthy, sustainable, equitable, and prosperous future for us all. Other initiatives include steps to combat plastic pollution and to end single-use plastics.
