The Company aims to achieve a superior total return from a portfolio of European (excluding the UK) investments where the quality of the business is deemed to be high or significantly improving.

The incorporation date was 28^th May 1992.

The fund manager is Jamie Ross. He joined the asset management industry with Janus Henderson in 2007. Jamie has managed the company since 2018.

The company's investment benchmark is the FTSE World Europe ex UK, which comprises Large and Mid-cap stocks providing coverage of the Developed and Advanced Emerging markets in Europe excluding UK. The index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which covers 98% of the world’s investable market capitalisation.
