Sarah de Lagarde
Sarah de Lagarde is Global Head of Corporate Affairs at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2023. In this role, she is responsible for building awareness for Janus Henderson services and products, including engaging with clients, collecting feedback, and developing new ways to enhance brand awareness and sales for the firm. Sarah represents Janus Henderson at industry and economic forums, participates in speaker events, and attends client meetings, to promote the firm’s offering. Prior to her current role, Sarah was global head of communications at the firm from 2019. Additionally, Sarah is an author and guest lecturer at the London School of Economics and a mental health advocate. She has worked in the financial industry since 2001 and has held various roles within the communications function at asset management companies such as JP Morgan, BMO, BNY Mellon and most recently Schroders. She is multi-lingual and multi-cultural and has made transformative global communications not just a mindset but a vocation.
Sarah has a master’s in international business from ESCP Business School, and a postgraduate degree in digital marketing communication from Cornell University. She has 23 years of financial industry experience.
