Mirsaid Kupuev

Mirsaid Kupuev is an Executive Director on the Emerging Market Private Investments Team, formerly NBK Capital Partners, which Janus Henderson Investors acquired in 2024. Mirsaid joined NBK in 2008 until 2010 and then rejoined in 2013 after completing his MBA, holding several roles, most recently as executive director. Earlier in his career, Mirsaid was an associate at Lazard in their Telecom, Media, and Technology M&A group and, prior to that, he was a business development analyst with M.H. Alshaya Co. from 2005 to 2008.
Mirsaid earned a BBA degree in accounting from Pace University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. He has 17 years of financial industry experience.
