Lindsay Troxell

Lindsay Troxell is Senior Director of Practice Management at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she provides performance coaching and consulting to financial professionals and their clients. Lindsay has an unapologetic commitment to being curious and challenges her clients to manage their minds, which makes her a sought-after coach and keynote speaker who disrupts the industry with her ideas around a mindful and integrated approach to wealth and health. She leverages her experience as a certified life coach, executive management consultant, previous financial professional, and NextGen leader to coach clients on intentionality and bring valuable insights to wealth managers.

Lindsay earned a BBA degree in entrepreneurship and organizational development from Babson College. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is a Kolbe Certified Consultant. She has over 17 years of experience in practice management, training, consulting and coaching and 22 years of financial industry experience.
