Michael Futterman

Michael Futterman is the Head of Knowledge Labs^® Professional Development at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he researches, develops, and delivers leading-edge coaching programs to financial professionals and their clients. Michael believes that constructive challenging of the status quo leads to personal and professional growth. He leverages his experiences as an instructor with Outward Bound, an operations professional with management consulting firms and as an executive coach in financial services, making him a sought-after keynote speaker on topics ranging from personal growth to business strategy.

Michael earned his BA from Ithaca College and his MA in organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. Michael is MBTI^® and Kolbe^™ certified. He has 24 years of experience in training and coaching and 30 years of practice management and financial industry experience.
