Phillip Pyle

Phillip Pyle is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2011. Phillip has spent much of his career in the agricultural trade industry, most recently with Attunga Capital since 2008. Prior to this, he managed grain trading operations for Elders Limited and AusBulk Limited. He began his career working in risk management for the Australian Wheat Board in 1984 and later assumed responsibility for international trading and logistics.

Phillip graduated with a bachelor of agricultural science degree from La Trobe University in Melbourne. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme at the University of Melbourne, Graduate School of Management; the Leadership Development Programme at The Leadership Consortium, Melbourne; and the Diploma of Financial Services from the Australia Financial Markets Association. He has 40 years of financial industry experience.
