On 2 September 2019, the Janus Henderson US Venture Fund will re-open to new investors.

In April 2015, the decision was taken to soft close the Janus Henderson US Venture Fund to new investors. From 2 September 2019 we will reopen the fund to new investors, although we retain the right to control inflows from new investors if this is deemed to not be in the best interest of existing investors in the fund.

Existing investors were unaffected and were able to make new investments into the fund throughout the soft close period and can continue to do so.
