October 2024: Janus Henderson Investors acquired Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC (VPC), a global private credit manager with nearly two decades of experience. This acquisition enhances our securitized credit franchise and expertise in public asset-backed markets, expanding our capabilities in private markets.
NBK Capital Partners (2024)
Emerging markets private capital
September 2024: A new entity, Janus Henderson Emerging Markets Private Investments Ltd was formed. This followed the acquisition of a specialist investment team, NBK Capital Partners, based in the Middle East. The new team will provide investors with access to alternative investments, which historically have only been available to large institutional investors.

ETF capabilities in EMEA
July 2024: Specialist European ETF provider Tabula became part of Janus Henderson. The European ETF market is undergoing a significant transformation, growing considerably. With Tabula, we aim to build on our successful active ETF proposition established in North America.
Privacore (2023)
Alternative investments distribution
June 2023: Janus Henderson forms a joint venture with Privacore Capital, an open-architecture distributor and trusted consultant for alternative investment products tailored to Private Wealth clients. Privacore taps into a fast-growing market, with a strong leadersihp team, in a strategically important segment of the industry where Janus Henderson clients have asked for exposure.
