Ruben Gonzalez, CPFA

Ruben Gonzalez is a Defined Contribution Specialist, East division, with the Specialist Consulting Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he provides a unique, modern approach to defined contribution. As an active speaker, he helps educate advisors, investment committees, and plan sponsors on trends and developments within the DC space. Ruben draws on his extensive knowledge of qualified plans and the retirement industry to assist advisors and plan sponsors with their retirement plan objectives and concerns. Prior to joining Janus in 2015, he was a director and institutional retirement plan specialist at Deutsche Bank. Earlier, he held a financial consultant and sales position at The New England Insurance and Investment Company in New York City.

Ruben earned a bachelor of science degree in business marketing from Manhattan College. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses as well as the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation. He has 28 years of financial industry experience.
