For the avoidance of doubt, agreements we may have in place with you do not need to be amended as a result of the name changes described above. Fund documentation, such as Prospectus; KIID; and Application Forms will be updated in due course.
The name of the bank accounts for sending settlement of subscriptions or payment of invoices will change as follows:

The bank account details remain the same, however from 12 April 2022 the bank account name will change from Henderson Investment Funds Limited to Janus Henderson Fund Management UK Limited. - Janus Henderson Invoices:
The bank account details remain the same, however the bank account name is expected to change in Q2 from Henderson Global Investors Limited to Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited. Payments will not be impacted by the name change.
