Ian Wilson, CFA

Ian Wilson is a Research Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors primarily focusing on the European consumer sector, a position he has held since 2016. Ian joined the Janus investment team as a research associate in 2008 and in 2010 was promoted to associate analyst. Before this, he worked as a business development specialist, writing and producing proposals for Janus. Prior to Janus, Ian had similar marketing and proposal roles with Royal London Asset Management and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Asset Management. At Lombard Odier, he also worked as an investment administrator responsible for cash management, trade settlement, reconciliations, and client reporting. Ian began his career as a fund administrator at Lloyd’s of London, where he was the sole point of contact for a group of corporate Lloyd’s names.

Ian received his bachelor of arts degree in accounting and finance from the University of Kent, graduating with honours. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 28 years of financial industry experience.
