Proposed merger of interests

At the General Meeting held on 19 June 2024, shareholders approved the combination of the Company with Henderson EuroTrust plc to form an enlarged, flagship European investment trust which will continue to be managed by the European equities team at Janus Henderson Investors. The combination of the two trusts remains conditional upon EuroTrust shareholders approving the liquidation of their company at the General Meeting to be held on 4 July 2024. If approved, the combination will become effective on that date.
