As part of our mission to deliver excellent service to our agents, we are pleased to announce the launch of Advisor Online Reporting, a secure portal which provides access to renewal commission statements online.

We will no longer be sending postal correspondence for renewal commission.  To ensure you continue receiving renewal commission statements, please register for our online service by visiting https://janushenderson-aolr.paragon-cc.co.uk/.  You will need the following details to register.

– Email Address
– Company Name
– Contact Name & Number
– Agency Code (all applicable)

If you previously received renewal commission payments by Cheque
We will no longer be paying renewal commission by cheque and kindly request that you complete and return a BACS Mandate form to Janus Henderson Investors, PO Box 9023, Chelmsford, CM99 2WB. Please ensure that you detail all agency codes to which you require these details to be applied.

It is important in that you register for Advisor Online Reporting and provide us with your bank details, if not already held, in advance of the next renewal commission period. If we do not receive a BACS mandate form then future payments will be held until the next period following receipt of your details.

Note: Renewal commission periods run from 1st May – 31st October and 1st November – 30th April.
