Patrick Schott

Patrick Schott is the Head of Value Research on the SMID Value Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2017. In this role, Patrick works to maintain and improve the research process as well as team collaboration. He is also a Research Analyst covering industrial, transportation, chemicals, and packaging industries, a role he has had since joining the firm in 2004. Prior to that, he was an analyst for more than six years at Strong Capital Management covering financials, consumer cyclical, industrial and manufacturing industries for the small- and mid-cap value team.

Patrick received his bachelor of science degree in business with a concentration in finance from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where he graduated with high distinction. He earned his MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and graduated with high honours. Mr. Schott has 27 years of financial industry experience.
