Thomas Polus, CFA
Thomas Polus is an Portfolio Manager and Securitised Products Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors. He has held his research position from 2022, added associate management duties in 2024, and became a Portfolio Manager in 2025. He joined the firm as a fixed income trader in 2019. Before that, he held roles with Freddie Mac from 2013, most recently as a fixed income trader focusing on short duration agency MBS.
Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in finance and operations & information management from Georgetown University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 12 years of financial industry experience.
