As a result of a successful class action, individuals who had an investment held in the Janus Henderson Australian Equity, Australian Equity – Institutional and High Conviction Australian Equity Funds at the time of closure of these Funds will be entitled to receive a further payment.
The allocation of the total proceeds will be based upon the number of units held at the Fund closure date (29 January 2019), calculated as a percentage of the total units on issue in the Fund at this time.
Individuals who have been affected by the successful class action will be notified directly.
