Pauline Chrystal, CFA

Pauline Chrystal is a Portfolio & ESG Manager in the Global Short Duration & Liquidity Group at Kapstream Capital, a subsidiary of Janus Henderson Investors, which acquired Kapstream in 2015. She is responsible for credit analysis and portfolio management and also leads ESG policy integration and research. Prior to joining Kapstream as a credit analyst in 2018, Pauline was a senior credit analyst from 2016 with the treasury team at Scotiabank in Singapore, where she managed their fixed income portfolio and conducted in-depth analysis on credit opportunities in Australia and Asia and across numerous sectors. Before this, she worked at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and Exane, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas in Singapore, as a convertible bonds analyst. Pauline performed fundamental and technical analysis on Asian convertible bonds for the trading desk, covering high-yield and investment-grade debt. She began her finance career in 2006 at Exane as an equity derivative and structured product salesperson responsible for private banking clients and asset managers.

Pauline received a master of science degree in management from HEC Paris. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 16 years of financial industry experience.
