Resolution to the meeting of members of the Janus Henderson Australian Fixed Interest Fund – Institutional

Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited, ABN 43 164 177 244 (Janus Henderson Australia) is the responsible entity (Responsible Entity, we, us, our) of the Janus Henderson Australian Fixed Income Fund – Institutional (Fund).

Janus Henderson Australia convened a meeting of the members of the Fund on Wednesday, 18 December 2024 to vote on the proposed amendments to the Fund’s constitution.

These changes would enable the Fund to arrange for the establishment of new share classes and to quote share classes on an exchange.

We confirm that the relevant quorum requirement was met and the resolution was approved by at least 75% of the total votes cast by members of the Fund who were entitled to vote on the resolution.
