Incorrect management fee charges for period ending 30 June 2021

Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited identified an error in the calculation and charging of management fees for selected funds during the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2021. The error has been fully investigated and impacted funds and investors have been identified.

Compensation for the error will be made by payment to the impacted funds listed below:
• Janus Henderson Cash Fund – Institutional*
• Janus Henderson Conservative Fixed Interest Fund*
• Janus Henderson Conservative Fixed Interest Fund – Institutional
• Janus Henderson Australian Fixed Interest Fund
• Janus Henderson Australian Fixed Interest Fund – Institutional
• Janus Henderson Diversified Credit Fund*
• Janus Henderson Tactical Income Fund
• Janus Henderson Global Natural Resources Fund
