Approval to convene a meeting of members of the Australian Fixed Interest Fund – Institutional

Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited, ABN 43 164 177 244 (Janus Henderson Australia) is the responsible entity (Responsible Entity, we, us, our) of the Janus Henderson Australian Fixed Income Fund – Institutional (Fund).

The Responsible Entity has approved proposed amendments to the Fund’s constitution, which would allow the creation of additional share classes.

For these changes to come into effect, a meeting will be convened for members of the Fund to vote on the proposed amendments.

Members of the Fund will receive a Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum shortly which details background, the proposed amendments, important dates, and how to vote.
